Here 24/7 is your front door to a wide range of addictions, mental health, and crisis services offered by 11 partner agencies across Waterloo–Wellington. No matter what you’re going through, you only need to contact us once — we take it from there.
We handle intake, assessment, referrals, crisis support, waitlist management, and appointment bookings so you don’t have to navigate multiple services on your own.

Our team is made up of caring professionals trained in crisis intervention, addictions and mental health assessments, intake, and brief support. We know that asking for help can take courage, and we approach every conversation with respect and without judgment.
