Here 24/7 first opened its doors in April 2014, after a full year of planning, preparation, and the dedicated efforts of many community partners. While we are housed within CMHA Waterloo Wellington, we proudly serve on behalf of the entire local addictions, mental health, and crisis support network.

When we launched, the response from the community was immediate and humbling. In our very first year, we supported 11,996 individuals across Waterloo Wellington. From day one, our team worked tirelessly to improve response times and ensure that everyone who reached out could be connected with the right care as quickly as possible.

Since then, the need for mental health and addictions support has continued to grow. In our most recent fiscal year (April 1, 2022 – March 31, 2023), we responded to 59,124 calls and supported more than 12,000 people. Every number represents someone who trusted us in a moment that mattered — and we never take that for granted.

We remain committed to evolving our services so we can meet our community’s changing needs. We’re incredibly grateful for our dedicated team, who are here for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
