Aftercare Support Group

The regional approach to Aftercare Services increases the options available to you, making it easier to attend Aftercare sessions. Participants of the Homewood, House of Friendship and Stonehenge residential addiction programs are eligible to participate in the Aftercare Programs of all three agencies. With varying options from three agencies, you can choose the date, location and time that best suits your needs. You are not limited to one Aftercare Program, you can attend different sessions across three agencies. There are options to participate in gender-specific or co-ed Aftercare sessions
