The Community Outreach and Treatment Team (COTT) provide treatment, rehabilitation and support through an intensive service coordination model to persons living with severe and persistent mental illnesses. Some services include outreach, injections and psychiatry. COTT also facilitates a support group for family and loved ones of individuals living with mental illness. Education, coordination, consultation and support to Waterloo Wellington regarding Community Treatment Orders are also provided through COTT.
