Early Psychosis Services (1st Step)

1st Step is an Early Psychosis Intervention (EPI) Program that provides assessment and treatment program for young people between the ages of 14-35 who are experiencing a first episode of psychosis. Together with the person, team can develop a treatment plan which may include counseling, medication, group activities, family education and support with day to day living. Support to help young person achieve key goals that will improve quality of life and relationships and reduce relapses.
