Mental Health and Justice Services helps people who are experiencing mental health concerns (whether diagnosed or symptoms suggesting a major mental illness) who are also charged with a criminal offense in Waterloo or Wellington region. We offer advocacy and individual assistance in accessing services and community resources for adults 18+ years old. Certain services, such as bail support, mental health court, drug treatment court, and mental health diversion, are offered at the discretion of the Crown Attorney and Judiciary.
