Anyone can make a referral to Here 24/7. As a provider, you’re welcome to submit a referral directly to us or support your client to call us or walk-in.

Most services/supports require a referral be completed and submitted in writing (with a few exceptions where people can self-refer). By getting a referral from you in writing, it allows us to make sure that we have the correct information and to know who is involved in a person’s care.
