Adult Family Education Program

Adult family education is a service offered specifically to family members and caregivers who are supporting an adult with mental health and/or addiction issues. Our Mental Health Promotion and Education Coordinator runs monthly education session – in person or virtually – on hot topics related to taking care of yourself and your loved ones. Topics can include: Setting Healthy Boundaries, Navigating the Financial Landscape for those affected by Disability, Substance and Technology Use and Effective Communication Skills.

Just call or walk-in to Here 24/7 and we’ll complete a referral for you.
