Supportive Addiction & Mental Health Housing (SAMH)
Posted on
Supportive Addiction and Mental Health Housing program (SAMH) is designed to provide support for people with complex addiction and concurrent mental health needs who are homeless, at risk of becoming homeless, or who are considered inadequately housed. Are you an adult who needs support to manage your substance use and/or mental health while living independently? Trained staff are available to provide support, counselling, and advocacy as you work towards your own wellness goals while living in a subsidized apartment unit. Services are offered on a transitional and long-term basis.
Transitional housing is offered in a shared living environment while long-term housing offers single units.
