Residential Treatment programs are available all across the province. We have only listed our local providers in our directory. If you would like to receive care somewhere else in the province just let us know.
House of Friendship Service: House of Friendship’s community-based, four to ten-week residential program for adult women whose substance use has seriously affected their lives. Find support and encouragement on the road to recovery as you identify and address lifestyle issues in a safe, substance-free environment, while participating in evidence-based group and individual therapy sessions that build on your personal strengths.
Stonehenge Therapeutic Community Service: STC offers a five-to-six month residential treatment program for chronic and acute substance abuse issues that is based on a progressive therapeutic community model of treatment. The program is holistic with a multi-disciplinary approach (biopsychosocial, cognitive behavioural, stages of change, psychodrama, experiential therapy, and psycho-educational). It is a highly structured program that is group-based with self-help and mutual-support components. Beds are continuous intake.
