Self Help & Peer Support

Living with mental health and/or addiction issues and want to check out a Self Help & Peer Support group or access 1:1 peer support?

Self Help and Peer Support groups do not require any intake or registration and there is not waiting to join! See our calendars for a detailed schedule.

Peer Support is about helping another person move on with their life – to recover. This involves:

A Peer is anyone you share a mutual experience with. That experience can include, but is not limited to, mental health or substance use diagnosis or symptoms, and involvement with mental health/addictions systems.

When people who have had similar experiences with a mental health and/or addiction issue give each other encouragement, hope, assistance, guidance, and understanding, this aids in recovery.
