Here 24/7 is your front door to the addictions, mental health and crisis services provided by 11 agencies across Waterloo Wellington.

Most services require a formal referral and assessment process that is completed by Here 24/7. Some services only require a referral and a few others you can access directly without contacting Here 24/7.

This programming serves youth 13+ who need structured support to overcome the challenges of addiction and substance abuse, but do not need, or are not ready to participate in, the more intensive support offered in a residential program.
