New voice menu options have been activated this week for the Here 24/7 phone system.
The new options will allow for the caller to better identify the reason for their call and will place them in the appropriate Que (2,3,4).
The Crisis Que (2) will be prioritized in our system, followed by the Mental Health and Referral Que (3) and finally the Partner Organizations Que (4).
We will not be prompting people in our crisis que to leave a voicemail, the option is still available, however the goal is to prioritize answering calls live.
